I underwent surgery to deal with c6/7 discs that were causing me excruciating pain. From my first appointment with Mr Jensen I was made to feel like a human being and not a number. The humanistic approach that Mr Jensen adopts (whether knowingly or not!) put me at ease about the procedure and the no nonsense possibilities about what different types of outcomes could be.

Going in to surgery, the pain was having a very detrimental effect on my life 24/7. Literally 3 days after my surgery I was going about my everyday business and able to stand straight and not feel as if I had someone sat on my shoulders. Taking Mr Jensen’s advice about recovery strategies, I didn’t experience any setbacks whatsoever. In subsequent check ups with Mr Jensen, I was allowed time to talk about how I was feeling and how the operation had changed my life. This change is down to the skills of Mr Jensen and of course, his support team. Thank you.
